Microsoft becoming more agile?

Steve Ballmer’s presentation for VS Launch implied that MS needed to take a more agile approach to software development. Mary Jo Foley of Microsoft Watch points to emerging details of what this means. This eWeek article identifies both Scrum and XP as being in use at MS, but seems to imply that that Scrum is becoming something of a favorite.  I have used XP but not Scrum, and really must grill Craig more about it.
Still all good news for fans of Agile, because having the example of MS adopting agile can help people trying to win organizations over to adopting agile practices.
